
Joseph F. Kibler, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Kibler is a skillful, dedicated podiatric foot & ankle surgeon who is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He has treated over 5,000 patients in his more than 10 years of experience in Reconstructive Foot & Ankle Surgery with patients from all over the eastern United States.
Dr. Kibler received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University in 1997 before being trained in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery through the University of Pennsylvania-Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia. During his four years of surgical residency training, Dr. Kibler served as chief resident and received unique educational experiences in both plastic surgery and the Russian Ilizarov external fixation techniques to aid in Diabetic Foot Reconstruction and limb preservation. Upon leaving Philadelphia, Dr. Kibler practiced for a short time in Charlotte, NC with Eastover Foot & Ankle before being called to serve as the director of Brunswick Foot & Ankle Surgery and the Diabetic Foot Center.
A strong proponent of patient advocacy and patient safety, Dr. Kibler is involved in numerous medical organizations dedicated to protecting patients and improving the quality of their health care. He is a proud member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, North Carolina Foot & Ankle Society, American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons, and the American Diabetes Association.
Dr. Kibler, a native of Altoona, PA, is married to Amy C. Kibler who is an Occupational Therapist. They are the proud parents of two little boys, William and Aidan and a little girl, Olivia. Dr. Kibler's interests extend beyond the operating room. Dr. Kibler is an active member of the Episcopal Church, and he enjoys Steelers football, golf, wood working, fishing, brewing and boating.

Jessica N. Kissell, Office Manager

With over 10 years of experience in health care administration and the insurance industry, Jessica has excelled at providing superior support for our patients and staff. She has attended numerous educational seminars for Medicare, Medicaid and private insurers enabling her to help our patients navigate the complex world of health care insurance, minimizing unnecessary costs. Jessica is originally from Whiteville, NC but relocated to Brunswick County in 2006. She is a member of the American Academy of Podiatric Practice Management and a North Carolina Notary Public. She is the proud mother of four lovely girls. When Jessica is not at work, she enjoys jet skiing, camping, kayaking, and fishing with her husband Walter.

A true native of Brunswick County, Angela was born and raised in Southport. Her experience in hospital, home health, and medical office work has prepared her to provide a comprehensive caring experience for our patients. Upon entering the treatment rooms, she always greets you with her contagious smile. She supervises the diabetic shoe program and is certified in diabetic shoe fitting. She is certified as a podiatric radiology technician. When not providing superior patient care, she enjoys time at home with her dog and cats. She enjoys boating, fishing, and softball. She is married to her love, Captain James.

Megan Reyes, Patient Services

Truly a people person, Megan will typically be the first voice you hear when calling our office. She endeavors to help our patients in every way that she can. She is nearing completion of a degree in medical massage with a special interest in holistic medicine. The joys of her life include her husband and beautiful baby boy, as well as, vacationing, being at the beach and spicy food.
